Service on day I went in was very good. I brought it to have have the new key fob programmed. The problem is it took nine months to get key fob.
Oscar is great…give him a raise in pay…you don’t want to lose a good employee like him….a small raise goes a long way …$5 per hour more is what I would reccomend….

I had an appointment at 8am. I came back at 9:10am to pick up my truck. To my dismay I found that it had still not even been started on. The young man helping me at the service desk was very apologetic and was very professional. My issue is more about scheduling appointments that you have no intention of honoring. . No issue with the service desk. More with managements scheduling. 2 hours for a simple oil change and air filter change is absurd. Jiffy lube would have had me out the door in 40 minutes. No need to contact me. .
