The quality of the detailing job was excellent. The issue involved communication. Had an early Monday morning appointment time and was told it would be ready Monday by COB. When I called about the car I was told it was not ready due to staffing issues but that it would be ready Tuesday. When I had not heard anything I called very late in the afternoon, was told it should be ready by 5:30P. After no text or call I called back to find out that no keys had been brought out from detailing. Austin went back to check and discovered they still had not finished with the car. It was ready around 8:30 Wednesday morning and a driver was sent to pick me up. Nester gave me a 10% discount. Again, the work on the car was excellent. It would have been very helpful for the service worker assigned to my car to have texted me with updates given the delays. I had brought my car to the dealership Sunday evening and delays meant no vehicle until Wednesday morning and the prolonged lack of a vehicle was a challenge. I certainly will continue to have my Avalon serviced at your agency as the quality of the work has never been an issue. But it takes more than only quality work to deliver good service to customers. Thank you for “listening.” There is no need to follow up with a phone call.

I was definitely satisfied with the care. I’d have been COMPLETELY satisfied if, in the interest of time I’d been called to ask whether to install a new cabin filter (since it was urgently recommended). Once I heard about the recommendation I gave the authorization but the car was already in the parking lot. Cost an extra 1/2 hour. Also the passenger side front seat was cluttered with leaves / debris - not a big deal but I had just vacuumed/ detailed the car so I noticed it right away. Also - why move seats and rear view mirror? Or if necessary to move - move it back.
That being said - my service guy was friendly and my oil was changed and I got a cabin filter replaced. My 2 pm appointment was completed at 4pm
