I didn’t want tires rotated. Les Schwab just did them. Now I’m back to where I started.:(
The only thing I would recommend would be to have the car closer to the office when finished. I have a back injury and my car was way west of the service center. It was quite a walk. Other customers may be in the same situation. Some times the car is in the space between the office and the service center which is much more convenient. Thanks, Keith G

Oscar and service was wonderful, however, I was highly disappointed that my extended warranty I purchased covered nothing.

The last few times I’ve had my car in for service it’s just been a negative experience start to finish, I hate to say. Always long delays, hard to get answers from people, super expensive. This time the part came in unpainted and nobody had bothered to check so I didn’t even get told until an hour and a half after my car was already supposed to be finished. The employees are always nice but they just seem way too busy for the work load or something. We’ve been long time customers but I’m honestly not sure we’ll be back. It’s frustrating every single time.

Nestor is great to work with—even when it is busy and he’s juggling a lot of customers. He’s good at communication concerning scheduling and drop off/pick up, and answering my questions.
