Absolutely nothing bad to say, couldn’t be happier with the customer service & work provided. Tech’s are great & Nestor & Oscar were a pleasure to deal with, will be a returning customer for sure.

I was completely sastisfied with everything in the service department. Austin and Oscar are great to work with. What I am unhappy about is the 3% charge for using a credit card. This charge has been around since credit cards were in existance. It is a cost of doing business, and almost all businesses absorb that cost. To pass it on to the customer in the manner that you have makes me wonder about the financial security of Walla Walla Toyota. You need to rethink this decision.
Austin was very polite and professional. He seems to be a very hard worker while being very busy he still maintains a cheerful and helpful demeanor. I was disappointed in how long it took but I don’t feel that it was Austin’s fault.7

Oscar, and everyone in service was so very accommodating and friendly. Everything moved quickly, and I was quite satisfied, even though it was fixing some thing that was already fixed earlier this month.

The service was excellent!
So far so good. I love my Impala, but also loved my 2005 Toyota which I sold recently.
I have no idea who Oscar is, but the mechanics there seem to know what they are doing.
