I did have a follow up concern. I got the oil changed on my 2013 Prius V and when I got home there was a rattle in the passenger side dash area that seems to come and go. It wasn’t there before. I think I need a technician to do a ride along
It took a lot less time than I expected.
I brought my car in for routine service especially an oil change and nothing was done except looking it over. No oil change.

Nestor went above and beyond for our family. My husbands father is very ill and we were in need of a rush job. We were able to get on the ride and day earlier as requested by family but he and another team member stay past closing to make this happen and we cant thank them enough!

Austin, was excellent, professional, thorough and friendly. This was evident in the direct customer service he provided to me but all how he treated and interacted with other customers and colleagues.
