Nestor was my Service Advisor for my appointment.
Nestor was great! When I arrived and asked what things would be done/checked he gave me a full list. We had a disagreement over what things should be checked. According to the Owners Maintenance Manual there is an oil change at 5k/6mo but in the system that Nestor showed me on his tablet that was not listed. After getting the Maint. Manual and showing it to Nestor he immediately went to go check with the tech and schedule up the oil change then and there. I am very satisfied.
