The service was completed very well and to my satisfaction. The only issue I have is that it took about 90 minutes longer than I was told to expect it. I called and was told there was a backup with alignments. I later received a call apologizing for the delay, so I am not upset. That said, it would have been helpful to have known about the delay earlier.

Recall service was scheduled for Monday. I drove from Pendleton to Walla Walla for the service. I arrived at 8 am. The scheduled time. The recall service was supposed to take approximately 2 hours. At 9:15 a service person came up to me and said they could not complete the service because they were missing a part to do the work. So I wasted a day where I could have made $200 substitute teaching that day that I cancelled to get my truck serviced. Then I had to come back on another day when the part came in. Costing me another day of driving back and forth.
Your team is awesome! The 3% transaction/credit card fee seems petty. What if you just add that cost of doing business to the price? And/or let people know in advance. I typically don’t carry that much cash or a check anymore. Just a suggestion. Cheers!
