Juan, answered all my questions, Gave me the best guidance. He was patient with me when I was personally stressed. I would go back again to get that exact same experience, I did feel he was kind and understood what I wanted vs trying to sell me something I didn’t need at that moment. That’s respectfully is good customer service.
