I really appreciate the extra level of service that went into the experience today. Austin is nothing but kind and helpful and I appreciate the new service model that you have implemented. I definitely felt like my needs were taken care of from the time I got there and that each of the staff are extremely helpful.
I expressed my concerns about wheel torque and Austin went above and beyond, ensuring even after the vehicle was done and serviced to go back out and confirmed the wheel torque was good. Truly exceptional service and I am thankful for the extra eyes to make sure I was good.

Excellent work. I especially appreciated Nestor’s honesty about breaking the bracket on the air-filter holder and assuming responsibility for its replacement. A less scrupulous operative could have swept it under the carpet and I never would’ve known the difference.

Very helpful and thorough! I had an unanticipated starter failure, showed up unannounced on a Friday morning and they got it assessed and repaired by mid-afternoon. And it wasn’t like they weren’t busy! The place was buzzing with customers and we were treated with consideration too!
