It took a while but my service provider would communicate with me and gave me time stamps for when it would be done. She was very nice and very helpful.

**** was courteous & skilled. The service dep’t often seems a bit slow, but **** does very well.
Randy (shuttle driver) was good, no issues. My issue is that the phone rep that I talked with when setting up the appointmwnt said shuttle starts promptly at 7:00. When Hailey said the shuttle doesnt atart until 7:30-7:45, I expressed frustration with being told about rhe incorrect ahuttle time. Her reaponse - "ita a 3rd party service" and "well you can take an uber". No apology just a it's not our fault. Not really an appropriate response from a service rep. I love findlay but will not deal with Hailey in the future.

I took my vehicle in and the service tech said my battery was bad among a bunch of other things that needed to be fixed, quoted $7000 to fix. Over $300 just for battery. I had just bought the battery and was not having any issues. I took the vehicle and had the battery tested for warranty replacement. Nothing was wrong with the battery. Based on this I can’t trust Findlay Toyota with quality recommendations of work needed. Scam workers, that’s why they say don’t go to the stealer-ships… I would be hard pressed to go back with their current set up.
Specifically about John, he said work would be a couple hours. After 3.5 hours, I called on the status of my vehicle…. For an alignment that wasn’t even completed.
