My floor n'est that came with the vehicle, was just thrown to the passenger side, you cld tell bc it scuffed the right side door paddle, also the flimsy paper mat used cldnt help keep nasty wet bc of the dirty wet road soot off my carpet. The part that actually bothered me worse was when I brought it to the attention of svc mngr. I told a b.s. story, I checked with Toyota it appeared that, yes there was a legal issue about floor Matt's years ago however that prblm had bn resolved a long time ago the floor mat that came with my truck was and is atoyota floor mat I test drive it from a Toyota lot, it came with the truck when purchased. I just don't like smoke blown up my bkside, toyota said they resolved that issue by putting the snap holes in the msg so they could lock down holding the mat in place, that and I stood out in the rain for 10 min. Bc I guess the guy cldnt find the truck which was in plain sight I just asked for my fob when I went bk in, then walked out to my own truck, ergo, that's when I found the funky condition my New truck which was brought in for it's 1st svc check was left in. However the prblm was with the fact, that wild be satisfied with the legal story of once upon a time floor mat story, svc mngr. Was i believe too young to engender such a legal case (my opinion),regardless, before they try to blow smoke up somebody's bkside, they shldresearch it themselves or be re-educated to any legal outcome of said case.i think that's what bugged me most I hvbn a director, in a Telcom company managing messaging crews 4 crews at a time, had an experience once an executive VP. In site one of my crew mngrs thought this guy was just an over educated suit, however not knowing that this educated man started out his career in a mail room worked his way to the top, this mngr tried to blow smoke past this guy with mumbo jumbo b.s. I was told to fire the guy, but I was running 3 different states so I just transferred him out bk down as a tech. But the man he b.s'd was VP. Of Com one telecom of the entire Northeast. I've bn bring my truck to you guys for a few years now, I'm not just another pretty gave I've bn a loyal toyota customer for over 30 years. I do thank you for taking care of my vehicles most of the time in the past. BR Respectfully Mike R

Hallie was wonderful! I recently had a poor experience with a local shop so brought the truck back to Findlay. She made sure to understand the issue fully and communicated throughout.

Great service from Findlay Toyota, I'll be back again and will contact James. James kept me aware of problems that came up and the mechanics were quick to solve. I have owned my 2007 Tundra for 18 years and has been a very reliable vehicle. Thank Findlay.
