I was sold the previous maintenance package, and then the service department refused to do the standard wheel alignment and tire rotation that has occurred with that maintenance package I purchased previously. Instead, opting to ignore it, while trying to hustle extra money out of my wallet. I’m very disappointed to put it bluntly. At this time, I’m reevaluating my business relationship with Toyota as a whole.
