Zach was great. I did ask for no car wash and watched my truck get washed. It then sat there for 40 minutes and I couldn't get ahold of anyone so I could leave.
I wanted to pay over the phone. Service transferred me to the cashier, who said she only takes cash. She tried to transfer me both back to service and then to Zach until I pressed the issue.
My most disappointing part (which is probably silly) - I asked the cashier if there were still red plastic Findlay Toyota cups. My daughter has been using the same one since we bought our first truck with you (before the 4Runner and our current truck) and she said there weren't any, only ones for purchase.
So, overall Zach was great, the man who saw I had a mask on and wore one too was great, and the oil change was done. Just some small things that made it less pleasant. Still wish I had a cup.
Very easy to work with. They gave information on their recommendations in language I could understand and had a reliable estimate before the work was even started. I would highly recommend them to others.
