One of the three very front splash gaurd skid plate bolts was missing. I don't understand how this can happen. Do the techs have eyes? Are they open? Are they pressured that hard to rush jobs through? Do they care? Are they trained? It is very obvious I care about my vehicle. Why disrespect me and my vehicle? Mike is my favorite advisor and does well for me. Is anyone steering the ship? I just can't with this service, it's always something. Do better.
