I never got an inspection report after my 20,000 mile service was complete. Although Zachary explained the policy to me, when I made an appointment online to have the “no cost” ToyotaCare service done, I was not aware this only covered the “green” service and not the “yellow” service. Toyota should be more transparent about this.

Diagnosed and described the damages, ordered the replacement parts, and arranged an appointment to have work completed the same . Important since we only have one vehicle and will arrange shuttle service. Couldn’t have asked for more.
I'm satisfied with the fact I was able to get my tires warranteed, the 6 hour wait time was ridiculous. Each time I went to ask for an update, he wasn't at his post. The technicians also put the white lettering on the tires facing outward when the tires already on the vehicle sare facing inward. I didn't have time to wait for them to fix it so I left. Maybe the next time I'm back for service they can correct their mistake.

Considering that there was nothing really wrong with the car, it took way too long. I have had oil changes that took less time.
Going to Findlay is generally a smooth experience. The appointment time length feels long compared to other places, but I understand it’s a dealership and the systems are run differently.
I have had many people from Findlay reach out to me to buy my truck back. I finally agreed to an appraisal when i had my last oil change. I thought the person’s name was Ian. However, when i got there and my vehicle was ready the appraisal had not been done.
At this time the staff assured me they could do it within 5 minutes, 10 minutes max. They spent about 5 minutes finding Joe. He agreed to appraise it and again said it would be 5-10 minutes. After 25 minutes i found him at his desk. He offered to call me back with an appraisal, as we had still not talked to a manager.
I called him once a couple hours later, no appraisal price.
Finally, late in the afternoon, he called back with a price.
Overall, there was no efficiency, lack of communication and organization, and a lack of time management.
Thorough and communicative! Although I was perplexed because the key fab that was ordered for my car, wasn’t the one that I received after everything was completed to program my keyless entry…
The other fab works and I’m grateful for it.
Also, my car got a bath, that was an unexpected surprise that had me smiling when I left.
