No I wasn't it took over four hour to just to rotate the tires and changel oil with a morning appointment. They could not fix the tail gate issue. They found no problem whatsoever. However, directly leaving Findlay. I went straight home. Loaded my baggage to make my drive to Tucson. And after loading my baggage, the tailgate would not go up on its own again, the whole trip to Tucson. And back it has not worked. I did try it today, which would make it about the 15th time since I've left Finley.And it has gone up one time that was today on its own. I'm a retired engineer. I used to teach techmissions, troubleshooting procedures and how to troubleshoot. I do not believe your technicians. Did inadequate professional troubleshooting job? I think they pushed the button anywhere from 2 to 5 times could not repeat or make it fail, so they just signed it off. But they could not reproduce the problem could not fix it. So this is why I do not have any faith in your service department. There's a few reasons in. I've had some issues in the past night. Made these issues to light is because you asked for a Surve. Y, you asked how the service was. You wanted me to give you a straight answer. So I am but I do not have enough faith. As I stated and I won't be utilizing your service department.Any you for your most valuable time?Have a great day.

Fan power cable was left unplugged after recall service. Luckily I had not driven far when I realized there was an issue. Service advisor was apologetic and handled the situation well. But again this is a situation that should not happen

My car wash was poorly done. Bugs all over the front bumper and windshield. I called and made an appointment at 1:00. When I arrived, no one had any records of me showing up.
