Hallie was great. Service was fine. The wait time for an oil change and tire rotation needs attention. I would think it would keep customers from returning.
I have a maintenance plan that is prepaid for 4 years that includes tire tire rotation but couldn’t be done because my truck is too heavy for the lift. You guys. You don’t have jacks available to offer up one tire at at time. And then put brace under them to get the tire off the ground or that’s to much work for the mechanics that you have?
Micheal was thorough and helped me honestly determine what I should do for care of my vehicular as it only gets 2500 miles per year as it is a vacation car.
