I purchased the bumper to bumper extended warranty and have reported an oil leak 3 times now but each time I'm told although it is a covered component the warranty will not cover it unless it starts leaking worse.

Something was off. I did not feel valued as a customer. They had a check engine light when I picked up my vehicle. When I told the staff, they acted like I wanted free service or was lying. I did not feel welcomed.

Everything was great until I got into my truck. It had a strong smell of gas and oil. I should have said something then but I thought it would dissipate quickly. It did not. Gave me a headache before I got home.

Excellent, **** has it dialed, an absolute professional, awesome multi tasking, good communication. I will go back in the future when I need to. Can't say enough praise for **** and Lucas S. the master mechanic who did the work. I requested Lucas because he was highly recommended and also owns the same truck. It was a good experience.
