I have dealt with many adverse in my time of owning cars. **** is one of the best I have ever dealt with. He is real with me does not push services I just don’t need and is extremely communicative. I appreciate **** and his willingness to keep my Toyota in top shape.

Hallie was very helpful and did her best to get our car back to us within a reasonable time, as we come from an hour away. It was a little late, but all good and car was washed, which we appreciated. Would like to use her s service advisor next time.
The service advisor, Michael, was amazing. My last service experience at your dealership made me not want to come back and I just bought a Tundra from another dealership as well - she was that bad/rude. Michael was so great, I actually texted a friend telling him how awesome the experience was, I’m now buying a service package, and I’m bringing my tundra in for accessories I’d normally get elsewhere. Don’t lose him. I forgot to try to buy the Toyota jacket/windbreaker he had. I’ll have to come back soon.
