Jim is great. Problem: Break fluid flush resulted in a break caller to stick to router warping it. Warp started 45 minutes after starting back to Sedona. Violent front end shaking. Please respond to me at ****-****-xxxx.

Mike seemed harried and distracted. My service took from 1030-2 and I wasn't updated on progress as I have been in the past. Why don't you have more women reps? It's my opinion you underestimate your female customers. Thank you.

James was great except it would be good to change your process. I was there for 3 hours even though my car was done earlier. James was at lunch so you might want to have other service consultants cover for each other while at lunch.
