After putting on only 2,0000 miles mybac went out. At purchase I was under the impression I had a 2 year warranty and it turns out I did not. I was presented an invoice for over $4,000 for needed repair and maintenance. I paid $5,000 over blue book for an excellent condition vehicle to be given an invoice of over $4,000.Tja5 is not a vehicle in an excellent condition. The invoice included brake and tire maintenance. You installed the brand new tire and yet were trying to charge me for needed balance and rotating after only 2,000 miles!?! And needecbrake system maintenance? The tires are just plain u ethical, how many people have you charged for this service that didn't need it? Why wouldn't the brake system be maintenance before being put up for sale? Is it your policy to sell a vehicle with unchecked crucial safety components so you can charge for it later? My father purchased a vehicle before 2 months before me and when Ai bought mine you switched our information in your computers. I get te t messages for his service appointments and you called him for my birthday. I have been told 5 times that this was taken care of and it was not. So I was bait and switched on a warranty,lied to about a simple fixing of information, and you tried charging me for maintenance I did not need. I am so very upset and disappointed my family spent over 60k cash at your business and I was duped on and overcharged on price and quality and now have to come up with $3,000 so I can have air conditioning in my $20,000 vehicle that was presented and as if it was in excellent condition. I had to leave because I was so upset I started to make a scene. Now I'm frustrated and embarrassed and get to drive around with no ac in the Arizona heat. To top it off the back of my veh6was covered in mud after my car wash. You failed me in so many ways.
On a Sunday just after 5 PM someone actually answered the service phone and made me a 0730 appointment with James on Monday morning. He was there and waiting for me at 0730. The coffee was fresh, snacks available, the electric system checked and a new battery installed in a suitable time frame.
Zachery was great to work with. He managed to get my vehicle looked at quickly so I could get home. However, my keys were dropped off on Saturday in the overnight box as instructed by the previous advisor. Apparently this was missed until I came in to inquire about my vehicle's status. Also after my brake replacement, there is loud rattling. I am wondering if something is loose and will have to have it looked at by someone else.

Customer service wasn't personal or connection with service rep. Everything was VIA text. There not really updates with my vehicle. I had to call three times. Not an option to leave a voicemail with rep. Finally got a hold of the rep. Service Representative didn't give me much of an update. Literally had to pull teeth to get an answer of what was going on with my car. Led to frustration with service. I had toyota platinum coverage still had to pay 180 for the diagnostic test but in the end satisfied with the technician for figuring it out. Thanks to them I got my vehicle back.
James was friendly and professional and very good at explaining the service that was performed.
