I called to verify conflicting information about the report I received via text. Services were recommended but all inspection points were checked as green and good. When service representative returned my call, he was curt and rude and would not address my question/concern that the info i received did not match my inspection report. Also the video i received was 6 seconds long with no information provided. This interaction has me considering taking my vehicle to a dealership in Phoenix for next service.

My part was not ordered correctly so I have to go back again. James told me he was going to quote another part for but didn’t. I called and left a message inquiring about that quote and I still haven’t gotten a callback.

Mike Hanson was excellent from start to finish. He kept in contact with both my granddaughter and I. He provided a thorough explanation for all items found during the initial diagnostic process, the steps needed to correct the issues, and what else might come up through further discovery. Mike responded quickly to our questions, and was friendly and understanding of my granddaughter who is attending NAU. I truly appreciate the service received for her Yaris. He told me my reaction was common.
Maybe balance and alignment can be brought up separately . Should it be part of Toyota care. Being made to feel bad by the employee is inappropriate. The comment was if I have a problem I will then blame him.
