Thanks, the service experience was great with Jimmy! 5 stars! One improvement proposal for the service in general is to move the vacuums to a different location - it makes the experience cheap and negative (vs professional and welcoming) to park next to a vacuum and listen to the noise when arriving.

Very clean, very well with communication… as to how long my service would take, they gave the truck a wash and **** checked on past service from a different Toyota dealership. I would bring the truck back here , confident that they are on top of customer satisfaction.

First of all, I would like to commend Helen, the Findlay employee who was responsible for my initial check in service.
Helen conducted a professional review of the service needs of my 2021 Tacoma. I can’t commend her more, she really impressed me with her knowledge and concern.
I might add that, as long standing Findlay customer , I have never been disappointed with the service.
The reason I took my vehicle in was not resolved. The service person tried to argue with my brother who took in the vehicle and convince him the problem wasn’t real.
