Brought truck in for brake recall fix. The brake line was damaged and lost fluids for a wk. Didn't notice until the warning light on low brake pressure illuminated. Took it back in and hope it is done correctly this time

Despite technical difficulties that rendered the billing and paperwork portion of the business all but inoperable, Hallie - friendly and personable as always - kept me informed of the minute to minute progress. Because of her history of being unfailingly kind and genuine, I was able to leave the store with a solution that I wouldn't have trusted most people in her job to facilitate after I'd left the store. Technical difficulties are just life nowadays so it'd be pretty silly to be upset with anybody about that. I've only ever dealt with Hallie H and Ian R with any regularity. whoever made the decision to hire those two knows what they're doing. I appreciate it. Y'all take care.

Hallie was super great and made me feel a lot better after my inspection, helping me understand the issues and how they impact the way my car drives and the importance of getting certain repairs vs others. Overall a very pleasant experience with her and the team. A little disappointed with the prices I was quoted for repairs though and I’ll most likely be going to a different shop to get them done.

Disappointed the lug nut was a different color (black) instead of grey due to it being out of stock. I still had to pay $78 even though labor was not added to compensate the lack of inventory.
