When I attempted to clarify what service was being completed today vs conflicting information received by phone and previous appointment 12/18, service rep could not respond, clarify, or apologize for the confusion on behalf of his colleagues. He seemed to have a script and no ability to listen or synthesize information. My car was not washed either which had been promised by sales.
