Both times I wished that I never made an appointment. First time I was charged 180 and told that the car couldn't be aligned. Second time, they said that they couldn't fix the info viewer and didn't know what the problem was. I was told that Lexus is just too different then Toyota. That I should start driving down to Phoenix for my Lexus repairs. What a waste when I thought they had the same parts. Lexus Dealerships have always given excellent service!
