I arrived at 10:00 AM. I had an appointment at 10:30. I was told it would take one and a half hours so my car should’ve been ready at 11:30. I made plans to meet somebody for lunch at noon and went for a walk. I returned to Finley Toyota at 11:10. I noticed my truck had not been brought back to the service bay I asked the service advisor to look into it. Long story short my truck wasn’t ready until noon and I missed my lunch appointment. I’m sure if I had not asked about my truck. It would not have been done until much later. I do not think it’s unreasonable to expect a vehicle to be ready when the service advisor advises that it will be ready.

Great attention to detail from both service advisor and the tech. Hallie's a real asset and I'm impressed with the level of care from the tech requesting my input to address a mechanical concern. Excellent customer support and service.

I found a bolt in my engine and my engine screeches when I accelerate as well it has a burnt rubber smell. I came in with a full take of gas and after paying over $20K I got my 4Runner back with a half tank of gas and my 4runner didn’t even have a car wash. I’d expect more after dishing out over $20K in fees.
