Randy and Mike both helped so much. Our car problems became more complicated than we had hoped, but to be expected with an older model with high mileage.
Mike and Randy worked together with the rest of the Findlay Toyota Flagstaff team to give us the best possible service, take care of the work, and provide all of the information they could to help us as much as possible. They did an excellent job.

Seamless service experience
Two hours of my time was wasted on an appointment I did not schedule for a key that had not arrived. I don't know who is to blame but it makes me wary to trust future interactions.

Service was horrible! We waited 3 1/2 hours just for an oil change after we were told it was only going to be an 1 - 1 1/2 hour wait. ****, the employee who was helping us mentioned that they lost our vehicle in the back and that is why it took so long. How do you lose a bright orange vehicle, first of all. Not what I was expecting for my first oil change from Findlay Toyota.
