Not sure what happened, but I was quoted $811 for the work but ended up paying ~930. I think the diagnostic fee was left out of the quote, not really clear. Other than that, Clay was great at keeping me updated on the status.

Whoever first took my call and scheduled my appointment either didn’t listen to my request or is schooled to schedule an all points inspection and oil and filter change.
My request was the I had a check engine light and wanted it checked out, nothing else. When I received a VM from a service person he said my car was scheduled for an all points inspection and oil/filter change but no mention of the check engine light. There was a miscommunication somewhere.
Everyone one at every Toyota dealership has been top notch and professional. Toyota of Flagstaff continues that tradition, we are so very appreciative of the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thanks for being so great with everything!
