Sorry this review is so late. During my visit to the dealership I dropped my truck of the day before my appointment as I always state that I will do. I don’t know if the service advisor ment to say it out loud but I could hear him say by me coming dropping it off early before end of day, around 4pm, that I put him in a bind as he was wrapping up for the day. The other things I’m not happy about are all the bulbs on both head lights were not replaced like I had asked, other then the left headlight bulb and the right side marker bulb. Also it was stated that I needed to replace my steering rack due to a leak that was found. I declined the repair because I wanted to make sure that it did need a replacement due to the fact that it’s a good sum of money for the replacement. So I took it to a well respected local shop for a second opinion and come to find out it does not need to be replaced. I am upset because I almost spent close to $3,500 for a new steering rack when I didn’t need one. Also the inspection video felt rushed as the tech was in a hurry to get my truck in and out. When I take my truck in for service if the advisor could be H. Helper from here on out as I never have a problem when she is helping me. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Have a good day.

I don’t like being challenged on why I want to have an oil change. I have had an oil change every 5000 miles since I had the truck. After looking up my history the sales service person backed off and did what I told him!to do. I have a maintenance plan I bought too and that should have been used to pay for the oil change as he told me that it wasn’t covered. I bought it so it should be used nevetheless. I ended up paying for the oil change out of pocket. Never had this problem before, I will be using another Toyota dealership in the future as this is the second time I’ve had problems with this service team at flagstaff.
Des did a great job. His communication and follow through could have not been better. He is one that "does his job and does it well". Thumbs up and I will be back!

I was informed that my tires would be rotated as part of my maintenance appointment. When I received my car that was the first thing I checked. You see, I have a bit of curb rash on my rim and after my first oil change the curb rash rim was moved to the rear passenger. When I checked yesterday, said tire was still there. If I understand correctly, that charge would have been charged.
