I had a pretty catastrophic failure on my truck but due to a quick and reliable team, my truck was back up and running literally the day after I had dropped him off. They also had a convenient rental program at the dealership, so I wasn't left without a ride.
Randy is always ready to take excellent care of its customers. He listens and takes the appropriate action to ensure the customer needs are met.

I would have appreciated better communication
the wait time for an oil change or anything to be done take more then 4+ hours we already drive 4+ hours and we want to do our shopping but the dealership takes up more of our time.. please make the wait time better otherwise it’s been great
