I think the Findley staff in service and sales is the most professional-acting staff I have ever puchased or had a vehicle serviced at.

Told them not to rotate tires and they did it anyway. Also took almost an hour more than estimated due to “network slowness” doing the software update. Feel like the driving experience has deteriorated since the update. Was a test drive done? Also, the wifi was down in the dealership with no attempt to look into the issue while I had to work from the dealership.
My service appointment was completed perfectly.
Everyone who helped me was very kind, professional and very patient.
However. There were grease marks on the driver's side on the bottom by the seat (from shoes)that I needed to clean

The work done was fine and the timeliness and the shuttle service. My only minor complaint is that 1) my cars “maintenance needed” message did not get reset and 2) I didn’t get a new window sticker reminding me when my next service is due. Thanks
