James was great! he was prompt, asked if i had any questions and very communicative.
Zach was very pleasant and kind, checked in on me amd my kids a few times while we were waiting, it was a very nice gesture
I asked to have the rearview camera checked as the guide lines have gone away and I cannot toggle through any of the camera buttons on the screen. This was not checked or addressed or mentioned in the invoice. This is very inconvenient as I live over an hour away from the dealership.

I received excellent service, everyone was wonderful. The problem I’m experiencing is a bad rattle from the newly installed passenger airbag. I picked up the truck after closing so wasn’t able to talk with anyone about it.

Zachary explained to us that it would be 2 hours for our oil change & that’s with an appt due to no full crew working on Mon’s & Sat’s. I feel that’s just ridiculous for an oil change. After 2 hours I looked for Zach & didn’t see him. So I asked 2 different guys if my car was ready yet ? 1 guy told me Zach’s desk is on the other side & he’ll take care of you. The other guy said Zach’s out to lunch & will be back in a few minutes. In the meantime I looked out the window & saw my car was done & backed into a parking spot. So I looked on Zach’s desk & sure enough there was my paperwork. Obviously there’s no team work in taking care of your customers. I know… “everyone’s busy nowadays” but neither one could take the time to look on Zach’s desk ? And at the time neither them were helping a customer.
