When I made an appointment to get my recall taken care of I asked how much it would cost to get an oil change as I thought while I had it in the shop I could get it done. I was quoted $97 but when I picked it up I was charged $145. When I asked why it was so much more then the quote I got the gentleman said that the oil was expensive. I guess I should have got the quote in writing. I wouldn’t mind a few dollars more with tax but 50% more than what I was quoted isn’t right. Also took an hour and a half to get shuttle ride.
Everything I wanted repair, got done and plus more.
Hallie was fantastic. The service crew forgot to install my wiper blades.
Following service on the car , an engine light appeared. We have never seen an engine light on, on the car before. Had to bring the car back after 44 miles. Mr Butler got right to fixing the mechanics issue on the car.
Thank you to you and the maintenance service team. Your front line people were very polite - service was completed past my expectation .

I was told to pick up my vehicle even though it has has and continues to have an AWD malfunction service light on when I connect to the Toyota App.

Honest wait time would be good. 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. Also, was our personal information compromise by the computer hacking? More snacks and popcorn up keep would have been nice.

Once in, all was a good experience, but having an 8:15 appointment and sitting in a line for 30 minutes and then being without a car for a whole day isn’t great. I had my back brakes done but then just a standard oil change….you just have to plan for an entire day of inconvenience when taking your car in.
Thanks for the quick service. I was a little taken aback by the other dozen cars waiting to check in when I arrived at 8am. Maybe spreading those apt times out so it wouldn’t take 20 min to get checked in? Thanks again, Lisa

My truck was very clean and I have confidence it was taken care of.
The service advisor had poor communication skills. He was condescending, argumentative and raised his voice to me over a seemingly simple glitch in the text software that the dealer uses.
