Great service and very helpful
We were contacted about the diagnostic being completed and asked if we wanted to pay another $700 to change the spark plugs and one coil. I said we’d think about it. In the meantime we were told at 4 the car was ready to be picked up but you closed at 6 so hurry up. My wife got there at 445 and they told her it was locked up and the tech had left. She’d have to find a ride home and come back tomorrow. Not great service.
Mike listened to my wife and followed through on her concerns and helped answer her questions. Enjoyed working with Mike and would work with him again.
James followed up and followed thru in a timely fashion. He also walked me thru my bill summary and made sure mycar got washed for me.
Zach was very helpful! My only issue is that my appointment was for 10:45 and I arrived early, about 10:30. This was my first service appointment and it took until 1:00 to complete. And the car wash didn’t happen due to rain. I’m having trouble understanding the amount of time I had to wait. I wish someone would have told me how long it was going to take so I could have made other plans to go home.
It was a little longer than I expected but the appointment was done satisfactory.

Purchased this vehicle over a year ago and I’m spending a lot on repairs.
Really nice and friendly and he always does good work!
2 hours to do an oil change? I was told 1 1/2 hours and according to technician no issues, so why 2 hours? No paper recommendations? The video that was sent to me was grainy and I couldn’t understand the technician. For $104 overall customer service was not exceptional compared to several years ago. I paid $70 in the past but service was awesome!!
Zach made sure parts were in for the job, consulted with me about tire selection and others matters during the work on my car.
The service is always top shelf.
