The service was great, the person I spoke with, Micheal, helped me through my process and was very kind. However, I came in for an inspection as I have an older car that has many issues I needed diagnosed. My ac was working perfectly before this appointment, it was not the problem with my vehicle. I drove to my appointment with my ac on and it was working great. I have had previous inspections from Toyota in Durango, CO recently within the past year that show my ac was never a concern. Directly after my appointment my ac started making a strange and very annoying noise when turned on, that was not happening mere hours before the appointment. I would like this issue to be resolved as I came to Toyota believing it to be trustworthy to diagnose my vehicle, not to create a new issue with my vehicle. Although the customer service was great, the care put into my car was not. I am very upset about this issue.

Zach is always very nice and professional, and although I just needed an oil change this time, when I previously have needed more work done, he has explained everything well.
