I came to the dealership twice because my car said maintenance was required. I thought I needed an oil change. I was told that I didn’t need an oil change and that the light was because my car thought it needed scheduled maintenance that has ahead been done when my car was gold certified. I came in again when the first tech told me to and was given a similar explanation. Now I’m told that there was a heater valve that needed to be replaced.
I also feel like it could have been communicated at some point during the sales experience that getting an appointment takes an average of two weeks, and that the techs won’t give the time of day without one.

**** was thorough and helpful throughout the entire process as always even though I made it more complicated than it needed to be.
It seems like 2.5 hours for an oil change and inspection is an unusual amount of time; including tire rotation and wheel balance.
This is not the first time for a 2.5 hour service appointment.
Perhaps, your staff will find a way to expedite future work.

The car wash was almost pointless and pulled the trim piece over the passenger doors out of its channel.

I question the fact that, the right rear tire has no balancing weight on it after I paid for balancing and alignment on top of a service plan I purchased from Toyota. I am questioning that my service invoice states, Reset Maintenance Required Light, when that light never came on, which I indicated to the service advisor.
