As always, great service, great customer service and the time estimate I was given was pretty spot on!

Mike Hanson was fine. What is not fine is Findlay’s pricing. We asked for an oil change service and that was good. We asked for a quote to replace timing belt and water pump + accessories and the quote was $2110 + tax. We prefer to get our 3 Toyotas that we have had since new locally, but had quotes from Camelback Toyota and Right Toyota in Phoenix for $1300. In addition during the inspection we were told we needed a brake service. I agreed this was due, but knew it was higher than Phoenix. Inspection during the service revealed the rotors needed replacement. This raised the price to $656.70. The exact service at Right Toyota is $485. Findlay’s parts are consistently higher than the other dealers in Arizona and munch higher than I can buy OEM parts on line. I decided to only review here, rather than on Google, but would like to know why.

I was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism. I was kept informed about everything. **** did explain to me what would be done. He even made a compliment that I’ve never heard before about how clean my Venza had been well kept. I appreciated knowing that information.

Speaking with Kyle confer about a possibility. I'm paying 650 for a 2016 rav4. In my opinion I belive i could've gotten a newer model for that price. Haven't missed a payment.

Was there for 3 1/2 hours and not much was done on my truck! That long wait was outrageous! You need a better solution for that wait time. Don’t overbook appointments if that’s the problem. Or get mechanics that know what they’re doing!
