I’m from El Paso, Texas and I came in during a family vacation to fix an issue with a check engine light which got resolved. I asked my advisor to check in an ongoing issue with my rear a/c where it doesn’t turn on and I have to physically hit the panel where the blower fan is. I expressed this to the advisor and they called me back saying it needed to be charged?! So I asked if Freon makes the blower fan work? Doesn’t make sense, to correctly diagnose the issue, you would have to remove the passenger rear panel in the vehicle to inspect the a/c blower fan and module. So I spent an extra $170 on diagnostic in which was never done properly. Definitely a stealership.”
Tire balance seemed better after service and I’m glad they had time to wash the vehicle

Working with Celia was not the pleasant experience one hopes to have after an hour long drive to the service center and $800 in service. Maybe she has had a lot of customers who want to argue or fight but the vibe was very confrontational and defensive. Maybe she just had an off day. Definitely not a “customer service” experience that leads to a desire to return.
