I had hopes that you could install our inverter. However, Randy told me that you would highly recommend not installing it, due to the potential for causing issues with the hybrid system. So we took the advice and decided not to install it. Other than that, everything was great!

**** is friendly and efficient. Nice that ghe floor mats were vacuumed!! I am happy with the service, but can't quite understand exactly all the details. For example It does not say" oil and filter change" on the record. Just "synthetic". Please clarify. Thank you, Margaret

The service rep was extremely rude. I was there an hour and 40 minutes before I was told an estimate of how long the service would take and apparently it was too much to expect from the rep. After asking why it would take so much longer to change my brakes than originally quoted he said “well I could’ve just charged you $2000 and had both sets of brakes changed” even though the front didn’t need it. I now have to schedule to come in again to get the brake work done and will adamantly refuse to work with that rep again.

Only comment is that the service took a bit longer than estimated . I believe this was due to a recall.
