Mike was great! I scheduled a service appointment with him a day before and it was quick and easy. The day of the appointment, he had verified everything I wanted serviced on my husband truck. When I checked out, Mike told me that the truck didn’t need anything additional other than what I had originally scheduled
I have bounced around many service advisors and Randy has by far been the best. Some advisors in the past have made me feel rushed, or not even gone over my maintenance inspections at all at the conclusion of my visit. Randy took his time to explain everything to me and answer my questions. He is courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable in what he does!
