Prius was towed in TH 4/9/26 after scheduling an appt w/ Randy Waites b4 W 4/8/26 close of business. Repair completed F 4/10/26, well ahead of TH estimated repair time by several business days. A plus as I was paying for a dealership provided rental car; live 70+ mi. from Flagstaff.
Picked up my Prius Sat. 4/11/26 & vehicle was not washed nor was Maintenance Required message reset.
