My 25k service took over 3 hours. At the 3 hour mark I approached my service rep, Celia ( who was great and I have no complaints about) and she told me then that an oil change takes 90 minutes and so does an alignment, etc. Should have been informed of this 1) when I made my appointment and 2) when I brought it in. Was a long time to sit waiting. Had we known we could have taken advantage of the shuttle service to at least get some breakfast or done some errands. We come up from Sedona to going home was not possible. Just a very long wait time!! Seems unusual and excessive.

Service was completed in a timely wsy. Also, buying the package of oil changes saved me SIGNIFICANT money.
Checked in early thinking would help with the service but no. Took way too long, over 21/2 hours.
Service folks had no professional, hospitality and communication experience .Employees and environment sucked. Dealer needs improvement! Not a friendly environment. Maybe this is how you treat natives, all you want to do is sell them vehicles take their money and treat them like trash!!!!

Hallie was great. Even tho it took way longer than it should have to get the car actually serviced, she was top notch getting it finally done with the limited mechanics that were available. Also helping out and working with my warranty was super helpful. No arguing, no changes, just a quick approval - I’m sure because of her personality and drive. I’d rely on Hallie anytime in the future based on her help getting my wife’s car repaired. The a credit to your dealership in ways that have been lacking in the past.
