I have a new truck I purchased from you and I live in Sedona. I drove up to Flag early to get the work done - 2 things. It took me 3 hrs of driving time round trip… You added my truck bed cover but the other parts were not in stock and the service rep said they were not ordered…. My sales rep advised me this part was in and would be completed yesterday. Either he lied or your ordering process is ineffective. Sales said he ordered the part.

Michael was amazing! He went above and beyond to help me get the parts and service I needed. He was very polite and kept me updated throughout the process. Michael and the tech who worked on my car did an amazing job. I’d also like to thank the technician who worked on my car for staying late and getting my car back to me earlier than expected. I will be coming back to Findlay for all my future services because of what I stated above. Great work, I am beyond pleased.
