Told me the cost of them and the importance. Got me a ride to where I wanted to go. Notified the car was being serviced and when it was done. Works very well either way the public. Treated me with respect.

Celia was rude. Not very knowledgeable, helpful, nor kind. I particularly don’t feel that she knew anything about the car, the process or the information I was requesting. Her answers were always in a irritable tone. With answers like “I don’t know, depends,” when I ask depending on what. She will say…”I don’t know”… I tried to be kind but she was honestly very rude at times. Not sure if I will trust her, or the dealership again. Not even in the cost estimation she had a clear idea of what to say. Very dissatisfied.
All was a great maintenance on my truck .
