Overall I was ok with my experience. Most important all employees were professional and courteous. When I asked to schedule my car and when completing intake I stated to rep that I had been told by someone else that my serpentine belt needed replacement. I commented that I didn’t know it required replacement but was certain that they (service personnel) would tell me. Since the only call I received was to tell me it was ready. I trusted that it indeed needed replacement. When I got home and read that it was replaced at “guest request” cause “I’m not sure”. My past experience with your shop has been that I would get a call that replacement was not needed. It’s difficult to think that I spent this amount of money if the belt did not need replacement. Again while disappointed with this issue I accept that we all make mistakes and that I do appreciate the general services I I have received in the past.

Service assistant that helped me was not approachable and supportive. Maybe it was due to not having an appointment for oil change. He was vague in the time it would take for the oil change. As a customer I would like to see more of a friendlier interaction and helpful attitude from him. Even if the service department was backed up. It would help your customers a lot if he was willing to answer questions with a smile and not rush your customers out quickly. For example sign here and your done see ya! Just a heads up. Other than that your establishment is always a pleasure to visit! Thank you!
