**** found a way to take me as a walk-in despite the schedule being full and got my rear wiper and side defrosters working again at no extra cost. Really excellent service!

Let me qualify. The performed services were done competently. My adviser, James, was cordial and provided appropriate management of the process. My only complaint is about msking the appointment. I told the phone representative that buying new tires and the best for the FJ is a priority. She made a note of it, but she probably should have contacted someone in service or parts. When I arrived at the dealership, my adviser knew nothing about this. The tires had to be ordered, so I would have to make another trip to and from Sedona, which means another two hours of driving. I'm spending close to $4,000 for services and communication between the phone rep and adviser should be better.
