1. The gentleman helping us could benefit from customer interaction skills and present with a bit more humility.
2. The pricing for the oil change was increased when I got there and the "gentleman " was quite condescending when discussing it with me.
3. I was shocked when discovering that I had $8000 worth if work needed on a Tundra with only 114k miles. I was spoken to as if I was an an absolute idiot who didn't even deserve the vehicle.
This is a Tundra that I paid a lot of money for that shouldn't need $8000 worth of work at this mileage. That's why I bought a Tundra. I don't appreciate "The jokes on you" attitude.
So, he stuff his high and mighty attitude and I will stuff Findlay because I'm not coming back to be treated this way again. I drove 4 hours in snow and traffic to get there and I don't need to be treated this way.
And...I won't be buying a Toyota again. I've owned 51 cars in my lifetime. Never have I had any vehicle that needed $8000 worth of work at 114,000 miles.
Goodbye Findlay, goodbye Toyota.
