In the past, Ali would make sure we had bottled water in the car, rug protectors and plenty of “thank you” items in the car when you were getting ready to leave. My text message about my car being ready was never sent till the day after service and pick up. I also wasn’t told whether or not I should make my next appointment.
Otherwise, she was kind to my son and I, and I appreciate her help.
I love my service representative, Denicia. Everything always goes perfectly and she makes all the right suggestions. It was the same this time. Thanks for the great service.

Was told the service would be 2-3 hours. Instead it was more than 6 hours- no heads-up or communication. They didn’t even send estimate for all the extra work until more than 3 hours after I dropped it off. It’s ok if it takes a long time, as long as the customer knows that. Also- a million add-ons that more than tripled the original estimate, per usual. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Will seek out a different service center next time.

Very thankful and satisfied my issue was discovered sorted out and covered with my warranty on 100%, Bill is gracious and I appreciate his professionalism and attention to details in staying in contact with updates and details of the finalization the pick up time. Lexus was very accommodating also with a very nice loaner complete service per Swift professionally also even my Bluetooth set up, which I thought I needed a new phone was updated and is now working better than ever before. Thank you.
