Anthony was terrible. No updates. I had to reach out and follow up. Part was on back order 1 month out. Asked to pickup my vehicle and bring it back once part arrives. Before arriving I texted Anthony to make sure vehicle was assembled and ready for pickup. He assured it was. Arrived at Lexus and the porter brought out my vehicle to me with the door panel off the vehicle. Door panel was put face down on items on the trunk damaged the leather on the door panel. Had to wait another hour for the tech to re-assemble.

Danecia was awesome. She greeted my wife and I with a glowing smile and was very nice. She answered our questions and was very informative. She was gracious enough in getting us a Lyft to a designated drop off location we chose and was able to have us picked up upon our vehicle being ready for pick up.
Wasn’t told there was a credit card key in the glove compartment. Everyday I tried to lock the car and it wouldn’t lock. Said the key was inside when I knew it wasn’t. So I had to leave my car unlocked. I finally drove to the Lexus service place and they figured it out. Also I don’t know how to use the infotainment system properly.
